Shipping Policy:

1.      Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 2-5 days of placement, subject to product availability and credit verification.

2.      Shipping Cost: Our products are shipped free of cost on orders over £30 and a flat rate of £3 under £30.

3.      Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via a reputable courier service and will require a signature upon delivery.

4.      Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, and customers can track the status of their delivery through the courier's website.

5.      Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Return Policy:

1.      Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2.      Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

3.      Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4.      Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, and will be credited to the original payment method.

5.      Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was damaged or defective.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
